New opportunities for installers thanks to mobile connection to the Internet

| Danfoss Randall has launched a new facility, called mobile view, which makes it possible for installers to access product information at www.danfoss-randall.co.uk using a mobile phone. |

Installers now have access to the same information as that available on the Internet, however, the layout is adapted to the small screen of the mobile phone. Søren Hansen, Market Intelligence Manager, says that the new facility is based on the installers’ request for easy access to information. ”Of course, the information is available to the installers on the Internet, but how many would bring a computer with them when visiting customers? I’d say not many, whereas everybody has a mobile phone and at the same time, it is getting increasingly common for mobile phones to have access to the Internet and they also often have very large screens.” |
