1. In order to participate in the Internet Christmas competition you must be aged 18 years or over and be a UK or Irish resident. Danfoss employees and their families are excluded from participating.
2. No purchase is necessary or required in order to participate in the contest.
3. All entrants must supply their name and email address. This information will be used for the purposes of administering this competition. Danfoss is compliant with the data protection act. Our policy is such that we will not pass on your details to any third party without your prior consent.
4. Winners are selected on a daily basis within the period 1st December 2008 to 24th December 2008 inclusive. The winners names will be posted on Danfoss Randall's website and contacted directly by email.
5. There is one prize and one winner per day within the given period.
6. All valid entries will participate in the prize contest. Participants are allowed to submit only one answer per day.
7. The prize is as stated, is non-transferable and no cash alternative is available.
8. The result of the prize draw is final and binding in all matters and no correspondence will be entered into.
9. By taking part in the contest, entrants agree to be bound by these terms and conditions. Any breach of these terms and conditions by the winner may result in the forfeiture of the prize.
10. Danfoss reserves the right to award an alternative prize of equal or greater value, should the advertised prize or any part of it become unavailable for any reason.
11. Danfoss reserves the right to cancel, amend, terminate or temporarily suspend this prize contest in the event of any unforeseen circumstances outside its reasonable control, with no liability to any entrants or third parties.
12. In the event that Danfoss is unable to make contact with a winner within 28 days, Danfoss reserves the right to re-draw the prize, in which case the original winner will forfeit any claim to a prize.
13. The contest and these terms and conditions are governed by Danish law and subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Danish Courts.
